Cup : disaster for Premier League!!!
The quarter-final of the has been a bloodshed for Premier League’s clubs.
Indeed, first, Chelsea has been eliminated by the surprising Barnsley, club of Football League Championship.
Then, Middlesbrough has been eliminated by Cardiff City, club of Football League Championship too.
And an other club of Football League Championship is qalified for the semi-finals: West Bromwich Albion. There will be so a club of Football League Championship in final.
The only Premier League’s club to be qualified for the semi-finals is Portsmouth which has created the feat beating Manchester United in Old Trafford 1-0.
That’s the firs time since 1991 that any team of the “Big Four” (Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool) won’t be in final in Wembley.
